No, you don't need to be home. As long as we have access to your yard, we can perform our services.

Do You Still Pick Up With Heavy Rain Or Storms?

Yes, we usually tough it out and do our pick ups in adverse weather. If for some reason we are unable to pick up on the scheduled day, we will try again at the next possible time.

What If I Have A Locked Gate Or Gate Code?
